Hello Chicago! Umami Burger West Loop is now open and we could not be any more excited to a part of the best loop. This new location features a new design (similar to our new Santa Monica restaurant on the West Coast) and a new menu.
Along with a few new items on the menu, one of our most desired burger will now be exclusive to our West Loop restaurant, the Monte Cristo Burger. Why is this burger worth the trip to Chicago? It features a vanilla custard soaked deep fried bun, and if that doesn’t make your eyes open wide, it’s topped with prosciutto, gruyere fondue, and powdered sugar. This mouth-watering burger is served with a side of maple syrup to drizzle on top. When you order the Monte Cristo, try hard to take a photo before your first bite and tag us on Instagram @umamiburger.
