You asked, we’ve delivered. We’re excited to announce three new burgers to our lineup in partnership with Impossible Foods, including two 100% plant-based options. Introducing three new ways to taste the Impossible — the Impossible Classic, the Impossible VBQ, and the Impossible Trufflemaker.
The Impossible Classic is everything you love from the original, amplified. This meaty burger made from plants features our new 4 oz. Impossible meat patty with vegan buns, Umami house sauce, American cheese, lettuce, onion, and fresh tomato. Both delicious and sustainable, this burger gives new meaning to the word classic.
The Impossible VBQ, or vegan BBQ burger is bun-to-bun plant-based. That’s right! Our 4 oz. Impossible patty sits between two vegan buns, and is prepared with espresso rub, smoky sweet bbq sauce, coleslaw, and thinly sliced jalapenos for a kick your taste buds will never forget.
Our Impossible Trufflemaker is 100% plant-based and 100% awesome. This fan favorite features our 4 oz. Impossible meat patty, and is served up with truffle fondue, truffle aioli, port wine, and truffle glaze. Topped with lettuce and tomato, this burger will leave you satisfied and 100% guilt-free.
The new menu items are available at the following locations for a limited time: Anaheim, Arts District, Broadway, Brookfield, Costa Mesa, Hollywood, Irvine, Las Vegas, Los Feliz, Marina District, Oakland, Palo Alto, Pasadena, Santa Monica, SoMa District, The Grove, Thousand Oaks, West Loop, and Wicker Park.
